SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Kayin, Mon States. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing Region and Chin, Rakhine, Northern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below November average temperature in Chin State, 2°C above November average temperatures in Kachin, Rakhine States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 4.6°C in Hakha, 7.6°C in Loilin, 8.5°C in Tiddim, 8.6°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 10.0°C in Heho, 10.2°C in Pinlaung, 11.4°C in Taunggyi, 11.7°C in Pyinoolwin and 11.8°C in Lashio. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were 0.24 inch in Belin and 0.04 inch in Myeik.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, a few cloud over the Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th November 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 100%. Weather will be generally fair in Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Rakhine, Northern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
