SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kayah, Chin, Rakhine, Northern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 3°C to 4°C below November average temperatures in Kayah, Eastern Shan States, 2°C below November average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Upper Sagaing Regions and Southern Shan State, 2°C above November average temperatures in Kachin, Rakhine States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 4.2°C in Hakha, 4.7°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 5.1°C in Loilin, 6.7°C in Heho, 8.7°C in Taunggyi, 9.0°C in Lashio, 9.4°C in Loikaw, 10.0°C in Mongyang, 10.8°C in Kengtung and 10.9°C in Mingin.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Strait of Malacca still persists. It is almost stationary and may intensify into a depression. According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, a low pressure area has formed over Extreme Southern parts of India, Comorin Area and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal and Sri Lanka. It is likely to become to more marked. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th November 2025: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Northern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: Occassional squalls with rough seas will be experienced in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in squall may reach 35 mph. Wave height will be about 9-11 feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 6-8 feet in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and Kayah, Shan States.
