BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal, North Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts and South Andhra Pradesh coasts almost stationary and it is centered at about 750 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 75 Nautical miles Northeast of Puducherry (India) and 20 Nautical miles Southeast of Chennai(India). It is likely to move nearly Northwards parallel to North Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts and South Andhra Pradesh coasts(India) and gradually weaken into a Depression during next 12 hrs. Weather is generally fair over the Andaman Sea, cloudy over the Northwest Bay and Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the tropical depression over the South China Sea is centered about 180 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Nhatrang, Vietnam. It is likely to reach East coasts of Vietnam on 3-12-2025.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 2nd December 2025: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Chin, Mon, Northern Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight decrease of night temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin, Shan States.
