SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 3°C to 4°C below December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon, (Southern and Eastern) Shan States, 2°C below December average temperatures in Sagaing Region and Chin State and 3°C above December average temperature in Kachin State and about December average temperatures in Rakhine, Northern Shan States. The significant night temperatures were 1.7°C in Hakha, 2.4°C in Heho, 3.1°C in Loilin, 4.2°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 4.5°C in Pinlaung, 5.5°C in Mongyang, 6.4°C in Pyinoolwin, 7.6°C in Taunggyi, 8.0°C each in Loikaw and Lashio and 8.3°C in Nyaung Shwe.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over the Westcentral Bay and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal, North Tamil Nadu and South Andhra Pradesh coasts (India) has weaken into a Depression now lies over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining the Westcentral Bay, North Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh coasts (India) is centered at about 755 Nautical miles West of Coco Island(Myanmar), 70 Nautical miles North-Northeast of Puducherry (India) and 15 Nautical miles Southeast of Chennai(India). It is likely continue to move slowly Southwestwards towards the North Tamil Nadu-Puducherry coasts, India and weaken gradually into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area. Weather is cloudy over the Northwest and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, the tropical depression over the South China Sea is centered at about 140 Nautical miles Northeast of Nhatrang, Vietnam. It is likely to move Southwestwards and gradually weaken.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 3rd December 2025: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight decrease of night temperatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Shan States.
