SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and Kayah, Chin, (Northern and Southern) Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 4°C below December average temperature in Chin State, 2°C below December average temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Kayah States, 2°C above December average temperatures in Ayeyarwady Region and Kayin, Mon States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 1.2°C in Hakha, 4.5°C in Tiddim, 5.4°C in Heho, 5.5°C in Putao, 5.8°C in Loilin, 7.1°C in Namsan (Southern Shan), 7.5°C in Pinlaung, 8.0°C in Mongyang, 8.3°C in Machanbaw and 8.6 °C in Lashio.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 9th December 2025: Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago Region and Kayah State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
