SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, light rain have been isolated in Bago Region and Mon State. Weather has been generally fair in Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Northern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 3°C below December average temperature in Taninthayi Region, 2°C below December average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Kayin States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 0.0°C in Hakha, 4.8°C in Putao, 6.0°C in Tiddim, 7.8°C in Heho, 8.0°C in Machanbaw, 8.4°C in Lashio, 8.5°C each in Mingin and Loilin, 8.6°C in Pyinoolwin, 9.0°C in Monyin and 9.8°C in Homalin.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
