SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing Region and Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Northern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 3°C below December average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region, 2°C below December average temperatures in Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Chin States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 0.0°C in Hakha, 5.0°C in Putao, 5.2°C in Tiddim, 5.6°C in Loilin, 6.5°C in Mingin, 7.6°C in Machanbaw, 8.0°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 8.5°C in Naungcho, 9.0°C in Monyin and 9.2°C each in Pyinoolwin and Pinlaung.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th December 2025: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
