SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon, (Southern and Eastern)Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below December average temperatures in Bago, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kayah, Northern Shan States, 2°C above December average temperature in Eastern Shan State and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 1.0°C in Hakha, 5.3°C in Loilin, 5.4°C in Heho, 5.5°C in Putao, 5.6°C in Namsan (Southern Shan), 5.8°C in Tiddim, 6.4°C in Pinlaung, 6.7°C in Lashio, 7.1°C in Mingin and 7.4°C in Naungcho.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 20th December 2025: Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-5 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Weather will be generally fair in the whole country.
