SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been generally fair in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Northern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C above December average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Kayah State, 3°C above December average temperature in Eastern Shan State and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 1.3°C in Hakha, 5.3°C in Tiddim, 5.4°C in Loilin, 5.5°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 6.7°C in Heho, 6.9°C in Lashio, 7.3°C in Pinlaung, 7.5°C in Mongyang, 7.8°C in Putao and 8.4°C in Mingin.

BAY IN FERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Andaman Sea, partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over tha Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 22^nd December 2025: Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Northern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-5 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Kayah, Shan States.
