SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw and Bago Region and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C above December average temperatures in Yangon, Lower Sagaing Regions and Rakhine, Northern Shan States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 2.4°C in Hakha, 4.3°C in Loilin, 4.8°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 5.5°C in Tiddim, 5.8°C in Pinlaung, 6.7°C in Heho, 7.0°C in Mongyang, 7.2°C in Putao, 8.2°C in Pyinoolwin and 8.9°C in Loikaw.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 24th December 2025: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-5 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
