SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TO TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, light rain have been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region. Weather has been generally fair in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C above December average temperature in Lower Sagaing Region, 3°C above December average temperature in Kachin State and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 2.0°C in Hakha, 5.0°C each in Tiddim and Loilin, 5.3°C in Heho, 5.4°C in Pinlaung, 6.2°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 7.0°C in Mongyang, 7.8°C in Pyinoolwin, 8.3°C in Lashio, 9.2°C in Loikaw and 9.8°C in Taunggyi.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26^th December 2025: Weather will be generally fair in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-5 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Chin, Shan States.
