SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been generally fair in Bago Region and Mon State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 3°C below January average temperature in Taninthayi Region, 2°C below January average temperature in Kayin State and 2°C above January average temperatures in Kayah, Chin, Eastern Shan States, 3°C above January average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and about January average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 4.5°C in Hakha, 5.4°C in Heho, 5.5°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 6.0°C in Hsipaw, 6.4°C in Loilin, 6.8°C each in Putao and Tiddim, 7.1°C in Lashio, 7.8°C in Mohnyin and 8.0°C each in Machanbaw and Mongyang.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
