SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, light rain have been isolated in Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C above January average temperatures in Yangon, Bago Ragions, 3°C to 4°C above January average temperatures in Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, (Northern and Eastern)Shan States, 5°C above January average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Southern Shan State and about January average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 4.0°C in Hakha, 6.3°C in Tiddim, 6.5°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 7.3°C in Putao, 8.0°C in Mohnyin, 8.1°C in Loilin, 9.0°C in Hkamti and 10.0°C each in Mingin, Myitkyina, Manaung and Hsipaw. The noteworthy amount of rainfalls recorded was 0.04 inch in Yamethin.
