SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 2°C below January average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and Southern Shan State and 2°C above January average temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and about average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 2.5°C in Hakha, 3.4°C in Heho, 3.8°C in Loilin, 4.2°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 5.8°C in Lashio, 6.0°C in Pinlaung, 6.3°C in Hsipaw, 6.5°C in Tiddim, 7.1°C in Pyinoolwin and 7.3°C in Putao.
