BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 31st January 2026: Isolated light rain are likely in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be  partly cloudy in Yangon, Upper Sagaing Regions and Kayin, Mon, Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-5 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Chin State.
