SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Eastern Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 3°C below February average temperature in Chin State and 2°C above February average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mon, Northern Shan States and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 0.0°C in Hakha, 4.0°C in Mongyang, 5.2°C in Tiddim, 5.3°C each in Namsan(Southern Shan) and Heho, 6.0°C in Loilin, 7.8°C in Lashio, 8.0°C in Pinlaung, 8.8°C in Hsipaw, 9.0°C in Putao and 10.0°C in Pyinoolwin.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and generally fair over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
