30-11-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Srilanka has moved Northwards now lies over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts. It is centered at about 775 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 85 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry (India) and 135 Nautical miles North-Northwestwards of Trincomalee(Srilanka). It is likely continue to move nearly Northwards parallel to Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts(India) during next 24 hrs. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is generally strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 5th JULY, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, scattered in Shan State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Chin and Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Naypyitaw, Taninthayi Region, Kachin, Chin, Rakhine and Mon States.
