SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, rain have been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been generally fair in Yangon, Sagaing Regions and Chin, Eastern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 3°C below February average temperatures in Magway Region and Chin State and 2°C below February average temperatures in Mandalay Region and Kayah, Rakhine States and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 1.0°C in Hakha, 5.3°C in Namsan (Southern Shan), 5.4°C in Heho, 5.5°C in Mongyang, 5.6°C in Loilin, 5.7°C in Tiddim, 7.2°C in Pinlaung, 7.7°C in Lashio, 7.8°C in Hsipaw and 9.0°C each in Putao and Machanbaw. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was 0.12 inch in Kawthaung.
BAY IN FERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 14th February 2026: Isolated light rain are likely in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be generally fair in Lower Sagaing Region and Northern Shan State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
