SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, rain have been isolated in Taninthayi Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were 3°C to 4°C below February average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kayah, Southern Shan States and 2°C below February average temperatures in Bago, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were 3.3°C each in Hakha and Heho, 3.4°C in Loilin, 3.7°C in Namsan(Southern Shan), 4.5°C in Mongyang, 5.3°C in Pinlaung, 6.2°C in Lashio, 6.8°C in Tiddim, 7.5°C in Hsipaw, 8.0°C in Putao and 8.4°C in Nyaung Shwe. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was 0.32 inch in Myeik.
