SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED FROM YESTERDAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T TODAY MORNING 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past 24 hours, light rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago Regions and Kayah, Eastern Shan States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were 2°C below March average temperature in Kayah State and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were 38.4°C in Chauk, 37.5°C in Myingyan, 37.2°C in Magway, 37.0°C each in Tada-U(Avia-Met), Sinbyugyun and Kawkareik, 36.8°C in Minbu, 36.7°C each in Naypyitaw(Zayarthiri) and Aunglan, 36.6°C in Nyaung Oo and 36.5°C each in Taungdwingyi and Monywa on 2-3-2026. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was 0.04 inch in Putao.
