BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 5th March 2026: Isolated light rain or thundershowers are likely in Kachin, Eastern Shan States. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Mandalay, Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, (Northern and Southern) Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day tempereatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States.
