BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and generally fair over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 6th March 2026: Isolated light rain or thundershowers are likely in Kachin and Eastern Shan States. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, (Northern and Southern)Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon, (Southern and Eastern) Shan States.
