BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and North Bay of Bengal and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 9th March 2026: Scattered rain or thundershowers are likely in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 60%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Kayah, Chin, Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
