BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Northeast Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 22nd March 2026: Weather will be partly cloudy in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions. Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kachin State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Region. Degree of certainty is 80%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Naypyitaw, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
