BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 2^nd April 2026: Light rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Mandalay, Magway, Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin, Northern Shan States. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Kayin, Mon, Rakhine, (Southern and Eastern)Shan States and generally fair weather in the remaining Regions and States.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Northern Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-5 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Mon States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 2^nd April 2026:         Generally fair weather.

FORECAST FOR YANGON AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 2^nd April 2026:              Generally fair weather.

FORECAST FOR MANDALAY AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 2^nd April 2026:          Partly cloudy.
