BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Andaman Sea, North Bay and Central Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 3rd April 2026: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kachin State and isolated in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be generally fair weather in Mandalay, Lower Saging Regions and Kayin, Chin, Northern Shan States State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 3-5 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
