BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Andaman Sea and Westcentral Bay of Bengal, a few cloud to partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th April 2026: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kachin State, isolated in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions, Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing Region and Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Tanintharyi Region. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Mon, Shan States.
