BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29th April 2026: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Southern Shan States, fairly widespread in Magway Region and (Northern and Eastern) Shan States, scattered in Yangon, Bago, Ayeyarwady Region and Kayah, Mon States and isolated Taninthayi Region and Kayin State. Degree of certainty is 80%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Bago, Magway, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Mon, Rakhine States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
