23-11-2025: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Strait of Malacca still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and further intensify into a depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal on 24-11-2025. Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and  North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 28th JULY, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, scattered in Mandalay Region, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Naypyitaw, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and isolated heavy falls in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
