24-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Strait of Malacca still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and intensify into a depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman Sea. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 9th September, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in  Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing and Bago Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin and Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State.
