It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining off and along Northern Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and coastal area of Bangladesh on 5-11-2025. Weather is cloudy over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Ayeyarwady Region, fairly widespread in Magway and Yangon Regions, Rakhine and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Mandalay Region and isolated heavy falls in Lower Sagaing and Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin State. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Pathein (4.10)inches, Mahlaing (3.10)inches, Tiddim (3.07)inches, Payathonsu (2.24)inches, Yeu (2.09)inches, Meiktila (1.85)inches, Hlaingbwe (1.69)inches, Naungcho (1.54)inches and Pinlaebu, (1.46)inches.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
