SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing Region and Kachin State, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Eastern Shan and Kayah States, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Southern Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Bago and Yangon Regions, Rakhine and Kayin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Mandalay Region. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Meiktila (1.66)inches, Manaung (1.50)inches, Wundwin (1.19) inches, Htilin (1.13)inches, Sinbyugyun (1.10)inches, Heho (0.91)inch and Pauk (0.87)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and West Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
