BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 30^th October, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, scattered in  Shan and Rakhine States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 6)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Shan and Kayah States.
