BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 31th October, 2018: Weather will be  widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, fairly widespread in (Northern and Southern) Shan and Rakhine States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing ,Mandalay and Magway Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Eastern Shan State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface winds speed in easterly winds may reach (30)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (5 - 9)feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Upper Sagaing Ragion, Kachin and Chin States.
