It is centered at about 685 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Coco- Island (Myanmar), 340 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Trincomalee(Sri Lanka) and 535 Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry(Sri Lanka).Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay,  partly cloudy over the Central Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is  cloudy over the South Bay and Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman sea and  elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 2nd November, 2018: Weather will be partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States, rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Kayah States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, Rakhine State and isolated in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
