SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers has been isolated in Mon State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region, Kachin, Shan, Kayah and Kayin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below November average temperature in Yangon Region, (Eastern and Northern)Shan and Rakhine States, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Sagaing, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions and about November average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha, (4°C) each in Heho and Ramthlo, (5°C) in Thipaw, (6°C) in Tiddim and (8°C) each in Putao, Naungcho, Loilin, Matupi and Moekok.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Southwest Bay and generally fair over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28th November, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Mon State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Southern Shan, Kayah and Kayin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
