SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region, weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin and Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below November average temperatures in Upper Sagaing and Yangon Regions, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin and Rakhine States, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Mon State and about November average temperature in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (-1°C) in Hakha, (3°C) in Heho, (6°C) in Ramthlo, (5°C) each in Putao, Thipaw, Loilin, Tiddim, Matupi and Tongzan. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded was Kawthaung (0.08)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North and East Central Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 1st December, 2018: Rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin and Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
