BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northwestwards and intensified into a Deep Depression. It is centered at about (560) miles Southeast of Chennai (India), about (655) miles Southeast of Machilipatnam and  about (410) miles East-Southeast of Triconmalee(Sri Lanka). Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.        

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 14^th December, 2018: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in (Souhern and Eastern) Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Northern Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (6-9) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Scattered rain or thundershowers in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 14^th December, 2018: Isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (80%).
