FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 9th June, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Mon and Kayin States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Rakhine and Kayah States, scattered in Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan and Chin States with isolated heavy falls in Mandalay, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions. STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (6 - 10) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama and Mon-Taninthayi Coasts, about (5 - 8) feet in Deltaic and Rakhine Coast.
