BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 24^th June, 2019:  Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Kachin State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, scattered in Shan and Chin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA:  Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
