BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 16th August, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Magway Region, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine and Kayah States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay and Bago Regions and Mon State. STATE OF THE SEA:  Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (6 –8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
