FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 10th September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Northern Shan State, fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Rakhine State and isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing, Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Kayin and Mon States.
