SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Chin, Kayin and Mon States, rain or thundershowers have been widespread in Mandalay Region and Shan State, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin State and isolated in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Mandalay Region and isolated heavyfall in Naypyitaw and Magway Region. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Chin State, (2°C) above November average temperatures in Magway Region and Mon State, (3°C) above November average temperature in Southern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (7°C) in Hakha, (11°C) each in Mindat and Ramthlo and (12°C) in Tiddim. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Namsam (2.44)inches, Hlaingdat (2.05)inches, Tatkon (1.85)inches, Minesat and Minbu (1.57)inches each, Mahlaing (Agro) (1.50)inches, Hlainggyigyun (1.46)inches, Kungyangon (1.38)inches, Yamethin (1.18)inches and Loilin (1.10)inches.

BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (11:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal has intensified into a Deep Depression and center at about (210) nautical miles West-Northwest of Maya Bandar (Andaman Islands), India, (435) nautical miles South-Southeast of Paradip (Odisha), India, (375) nautical miles Southwest of Pathein (Myanmar) and (395) nautical miles Southwest of Gwa (Myanmar). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 7th November, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Sagaing Region, Kachin, Chin, Northern Shan, Kayin and Mon States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions and fairly widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%). 

STATE OF THE SEA: Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (8-12) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of increase of rain in Magway, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin and Rakhine States.
