23-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Strait of Malacca still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and intensify into a depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman Sea on 24-11-2025. Thereafter, it is likely continue to move West-Northwestwards and further intensify into a Cyclonic Storm over the Southeast Bay during subsequent 48 hours.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (16:00) MST today, Tropical Depression over the  South Chin Sea, its Centered  at about (225)miles Southeast  of  "Can Tho"  Vietnam.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 1st NOVEMBER, 2017: Weather will be partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Shan, Kayah and Kayin States. Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions and Mon State, scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Rakhine State and widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States. Degree of certainly is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet in along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of decrease of night temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Kachin, Shan and Chin States.
