BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 23th August, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Eastern Shan and Kayah States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan, Kayin and Mon States and widespread in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Southern Shan, Chin and Rakhine States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Rakhine State.
