BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 1st September, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and Shan State and widespread in and Upper Sagaing and Bago Regions, Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Kachin State.
