BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 11th September, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in  Lower Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin and Mon States, fairly widespread in Mandalay and Magway Regions and Kayah State and widespread in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing Region and  Kachin, Shan, Chin and Rakhine States with isolated heavy falls in Naypyitaw , Upper Sagaing,Mandalay  Regions and Kachin State. Degree of certainly is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7)feet in along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of weak monsoon.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 11th September, 2017: One or two rain or thundershowers.  Degree of certainly is (100%).

FORECAST FOR YANGON AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 11th September, 2017: Isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainly is (100%).
