SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions and Chin State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (6°C) below November average temperature in Northern Shan State, (3°C to 4°C) below November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Magway and Ayeyarwady Regions, (Eatern & Southern)Shan and Kayah States, (2°C) below November average temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay and Yangon Regions and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (8°C) each in Heho and Loilin and (9°C) in Namsam. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Hakha and Kyaymone (0.04)inch each.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at (13:30) MST today, the tropical depression over the South China Sea, its centered at about (182)miles South of Can Tho (Vietnam) and it is forecast to move Westwards.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 3rd NOVEMBER, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 6) feet in along Myanmar Coasts.
