BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Westcentral Bay moved North-Northwestwards and its centered at about (50)miles South-Southeast of Visakhapatnam and (150) miles Southwest of Gopalpur (India). Weather is cloudy over the North Bay and Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 16th NOVEMBER, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, scattered in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, Shan and Rakhine States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainly is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5 - 7) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered rain or thundershowers in Sagaing Region, Kachin, Chin and Rakhine States.
