SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain have been isolated in Taninthayi Region, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above December average temperatures in Bago Region, Southern Shan, Kayah and Mon States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha, (5°C) in Heho and (7°C) in Namsam. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was (0.04)inch in Kawthaung.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
